“Building Tomorrow’s Leaders Today”
The purpose of BYEA is to create an opportunity for each participant to gain an expanded knowledge of the community, to build relationships with other young professionals, to engage with political, civic and business leaders, and to create opportunities for a more active role of local leadership and volunteerism.
In 2015, the Burleson Chamber rolled out a new program for young professionals who work in and around the City of Burleson. The Burleson Young Executives Alliance graduated it’s first class in February of 2016. Now in its fourth year, the Class of 2018 will hold its first meeting in March, 2018, and the group will continue to meet for monthly half-day sessions through November, an eight month program.
BYEA Class members serve in leadership capacities in their organizations and are committed to personal growth, career advancement and serving the Burleson community.
The Chamber offers one BYEA class annually. Applications for the 2018 Burleson Young Executives class are now being accepted. Contact the Burleson Chamber for more details or download the 2018 BYEA Application here.
Please submit your application to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than March 15, 2018.
