As founder of the iShareHealth Company, I’m a recruiter and trainer for a large wellness company that uses and sells Juice Plus+ products. Juice Plus+ is a mission-driven company and their mission is to inspire healthy living around the world. My team and I are dedicated to share these fabulous products as it is still such a well-kept secret. Juice Plus+ is whole food based nutrition, including juice powder concentrates from 30 different fruits, vegetables and grains. Juice Plus+ helps bridge the gap between what you should eat and what you do eat every day as it’s difficult to get a variety of 9-13 fruits and vegetables every day. Not a multivitamin, medicine, treatment or cure for any disease, Juice Plus+ is made from quality ingredients carefully monitored from farm to capsule to provide a full range of nutrients as found in nature, not in a test tube, that your body needs and can actually use. The 30 different fruits, vegetable, berry and grains that are made from whole food are dehydrated and the powders are placed in a capsule. They have a food label and not a supplement label and hence the term whole-food nutrition. There have been 35 published research trials, and it has been clinically proven that Juice Plus+ delivers antioxidants into the bloodstream, helps support cardiovascular health, promotes a healthier immune system, protects DNA, reduces oxidative stress and supports skin and gum health. This science-based evidence is really important to me as I’m a clinical researcher at Alcon.
The second line of products is the Juice Plus+ Complete shakes and bars. I have a shake every day with fruit and veggies (eg strawberries, blueberries, spinach, bananas, romaine) and this supplies nutrients which is a great on-the-go meal or great for post-workouts. I’ve lost 13 pounds on the shakes 18 months ago and have managed to keep it off!
Juice Plus+ also has the Tower Garden (TG) which is the third line of their healthy products. It’s a soil-free vertical garden that has water and minerals in the base and it’s pumped up the funnel to aerate and water the plants. The plants can be started from seeds and you can also use starter plants and simply wash the soil off the roots. With this highly efficient aeroponic growing system, you can grow a lot of produce in a tiny amount of space and it is so much fun to see the plants grow so quickly! In November of 2014, I planted the Tower Garden with a fall garden and had spinach, kale, collard greens, romaine, cilantro to name a few. I also planted my spring garden in March 2015 and had tomatoes (Roma and cherry), cucumbers, rosemary, cilantro, romaine, butter crunch lettuce, mustard greens, sweet banana peppers, jalapeno peppers to name some of the vegetables and herbs. And starting in November 2015, I added grow lights and brought my garden inside and it’s flourishing with lettuces, greens and herbs. Living in Texas we can have the Tower Garden year around but need to tweak it by changing the vegetables depending on the season.
Please join me in promoting health living around the world.
I look forward to hearing from you!
