“Building Tomorrow’s Leaders Today”
The purpose of BYEA is to create an opportunity for each to gain an expanded knowledge of the community, to build relationships with other young professionals, to engage with political, civic and business leaders, and to create opportunities for a more active role of local leadership and volunteerism.
In 2015, the Burleson Chamber rolled out a new program for young professionals who work in and around the City of Burleson. The Burleson Young Executives Alliance graduated it’s first class in February of 2016. Now in its third year, the Class of 2017 will hold its first meeting in March, 2017, and the group will continue to meet for monthly half-day sessions through November, an eight month program.
BYEA Class members serve in leadership capacities in their organizations and are committed to personal growth, career advancement and serving the Burleson community.
The Chamber offers one BYEA class annually. Contact the Burleson Chamber for more details. Application for the 2018 Burleson Young Executives Class will be posted in late 2017. Stay Tuned!
