A Grand Prairie native, and married for more than 34 years, I graduated from TCU’s Harris College of nursing in 1994 and worked for more than 20 years as a registered nurse. I worked first as a school nurse in Birdville ISD, then as an OR nurse at Children’s Medical Center Dallas and Lake Granbury Medical Center, and later as a Hospice nurse in Hood and Johnson Counties. I moved to Joshua after raising my children in Granbury on a small farm, participating with their 4-H animal projects including horses (loved riding at the Grasslands!), goats, chickens, and rabbits. I participated with the girls in youth softball, and many other local activities. After they both obtained their college degrees from Tarleton and left home, I began taking Gentle Yoga classes at the Hood County Y, and shortly after, I obtained my real estate license. (I love yoga! It changed my life!)
I truly enjoy my real estate work and I am committed to excellence in all I undertake. What is better than an ever changing daily workplace, touring, showing, studying architectural marvels that populate our cities & just meeting interesting, unique people every single day?! Based on my core values and genuine affection for this career, I can build rapport with clients that lead to lengthy, trusting, long-lasting relationships. It’s quite exhilarating!
